The number of guests will directly impact your total cost.
On average, basic party materials alone for a party of 8 children total will cost around $180. What is included in the "basic materials"? Please see the list to the left.
Can you have a party with only the basic party materials? Absolutely! So long as you stay within the 8 guests total (including your child(ren). The truth is, it’s the quality of games and activities that make the party!
The time of your event will also directly impact your total cost.
Planning the party between breakfast and lunch, or between lunch and dinner, will help keep costs down as you will only need to provide the children with light snacks.
Lastly, the length of your event.
The majority of children's parties do not exceed two hours. Extending the length of the event past two hours translates into a longer time frame in which you will need to entertain your guests, and ultimately that translates into higher costs.
