Upon contacting us, an Event Planner will work closely with you to develop a unique birthday party theme, as well as a budget, within which all materials required for the event will be purchased - from decorations to kid-friendly snacks and goodie-bags! Always keeping within your budget, the Event Planner will do the rest – from addressing invitations, buying decorations and such, to creating fun and exciting games to play during the party – even getting the birthday cake!
A Child’s Dream Event Planning pays for the initial cost for all party materials, and reimbursement in full for materials purchased is made two days prior to the event. At time of payment, the Event Planner will meet with you to review plans, and obtain your “stamp of approval”! In addition, you will receive a detailed itemized sheet so you know exactly how your money was used. Though we’re doing the work – you are still the one in control!
Depending on the package you choose, on the day of the celebration the Event Planner will be on hand to set-up, as well as to lead the children in the approved related themed games and activities. You can even reserve us to clean up too!
The end result is you enjoying your child's birthday from start to finish!
